Will the @ecdlax Mirage dye well? Absolutely. Here's @florida_lax_connection with a #laxdipneonpink number. #Repost @florida_lax_connection with @repostapp ・・・ The new @ecdlax #Mirage given the #BCA treatment using @laxdipdye Neon Pink for the underlayer and adding some regular Pink with a spoon full of an old experimental blue steel-ish color from the testing days. The neon bled enough to drive me batty. Really had a good seal but the texture on the scoop is a difficult obstacle. The initial neon dye did not cover the mold injection swirl all that well but subsequent dips took care of it. There's not a ton of surface space on the scoop with which to work but the wide skeleton provides nice design options throughout the rest of the head. The great stiffness of the #Mirage does not seem to be compromised by the boiling dye baths. I'm sure the flex point changed but overall the head retains its firm, solid feel - something that really shocked me given the very light weight of the head.
